Tubular, braided, treated Cotton Wet Bulb / Lab Wick, 3/8 inch (9.5mm) Wide, sold by the Metre. Suitable for most Wet Bulb Thermometers. This wick is used in the Hatchery and HVAC industries for determining the aqueous vapour in the atmosphere. 

  • The Wick slides over most thermometer bulb or probes, wick then absorbs water and cools the thermometer, this reading is then used in conjunction with the dry temperature to derive Relative Humidity inside your Incubator.
  • Braided with very fine quality cotton yarns
  • Used in measuring wet bulb temperature and therefore relative humidity
