• Both the 18 Gauge, 9.7mm (3/8") and 12.7mm (1/2") long, needles are suitable for the ThaMa 223 Pigeon Vaccinator and Newcastle (PMV) Vaccine.
• The 18 Gauge needle has a larger diameter, so the pressure applied will not be so high as to harm the pigeon
• 20 Gauge, 6.35mm (1/4") long, needles are best suited for Mareks Vaccination
