Brooder Reflector 22cm

22cm Brooder Reflector Shade is the standard size for Chicken brooding. This size is Ideal for 25, 50 or Chicks. Some say this is too small a shade but this sizes reflects the heat correctly for 100 chicks and under. A chick brooder needs to gently distribute the heat from a hotter "spot " under the Brooder gradually cooling to the edges of your brooder box. The 22cm size reflector allows for this, along with our Brooder element (bulb).

• The 8" (22cm) Brooder Reflector can be used with either the 150 or 250 watt ceramic element. 
• May also be suitable for larger flocks of Chicks.
• Remember to closely watch and observe all animals under the Brooder to ensure they are receiving adequate heat and cooling within their brooder box.
