• This unit does not include any sample ink, ink will need to be ordered separately. Generally a 50ml bottle of Hedipack ink will stamp roughly 100,000 eggs (this is an approximation only, not a guarantee - number of stamps will vary depending on stamp image/code and appropriate usage).

Some images may not be possible due to the nature of the eggshell and your design, keep in mind the actual size of the stamp head will only be about 10mm wide. Levamisole Hydrochloride Wormer. For use with chickens, turkeys, pigeons, etc. Same ingredient as Avitrol tablets minus the Praxiquantil.

• Used for treatment of large round worm (Ascaridia), Caecal worm (Heterakis), and Hair worm (Capillaria).

Eggceptional Q Egg Washing Liquid has been developed by Bellsouth Poultry mainly for the discarded wash solution, egg wash machines with brushes, such as the Sanitouch egg washers. For these machines 100 or 200 ppm is sufficient levels of Quat'.

• QUAT' disinfectants, when dried on the egg, are more active for longer than chlorine based disinfectants
• Disposal of waste solution must be considered, never put this into your biological sewerage tank as the disinfectant is persistant and could stop your sewarge system working
• Eggceptional Q should also provide quicker drying of eggs as some ingredients act to disperse water.

The MELSY range of Egg Lifters are manufactured in The Netherlands and are available in variations from 6 to 42 eggs. MELSY stands for Manual Egg Lift SYstem, the most reliable and cost effective solution for the semi-automatic transfer of eggs.

This system is available as a 30 (5 x 6) head Egg Lifter complete with Vacuum Pump, Hoses and connectors. Other configurations are available, enquire today for costings.

Developed with the egg industry in mind, the complete MELSY solution consists of:-

• One or More egg lifting heads complete with suction cups
• Vacuum pumps 400 and 700 watt, for one or more egg lifting heads

Easy to use:

1. The operator places the cups of the Egg Lifting head over the eggs to be transferred 
2. The operator gently presses the lifting head down and then closes the air flow hole by covering this with their thumb
3. Eggs can then be moved and placed onto the tray or basket where the eggs have to be deposited
4. The operator then releases the eggs by opening the air flow hole in the egg lifting handle, by releasing their thumb

The MELSY egg lifter head consists of various manifolds put together, to the configuration you wish to work with i.e. 6, 10-12, 15-18, 20-24, 30, 36 or 42 eggs. This unique feature provides you with the following advantages:-

• You can replace an eventually damaged part of the egg lifter manifold, without having to purchase a complete new egg lifter head

Amprolium is a derivitive of B group vitamins and works by inhibiting the coccidia's ability to feed. For this reason the medication MUST be administered continuously for the specified period of time. Usual treatment programs consist of 30 grams in 25 litres (or 5g in 4 litres) of water for 7 days. To allow the correct development of immunity, some exposure to coccidia is required. It is recommended that the medication level be reduced to 15 grams in 25 litres of water for a further 7 days.

• Amprolium has no witholding period and can be used right up to slaughter of chooks and poultry
• Use permitted in egg production, again no withholding period
• Can be used at a low level continously in the feed, or as an occasional preventative for 1 day at full strength, before any symptoms are present
• Do not give supplementary vitamins during Amprolium treatment. But it is a good idea to provide vitamin treatment to the your poultry flock, after giving Amprolium
